Direct Support Professional
Make a difference every day as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Program. In this role, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build life skills, independence, and meaningful community connections in a structured, daytime setting.
What You’ll Do:
*Provide direct support in daily activities and skill-building programs
*Assist with personal care and independence goals
*Support vocational, recreational, and community-based activities
*Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
*Work as part of a collaborative, supportive team
What We’re Looking For
*Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Experience preferred, but not required—we provide training
*High school diploma or equivalent (or as required by regulations)
